BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL, BSOD help please?

My parents computer occasionally BSODs, every time a quick restart means that it is fine, but i've decided to try find out what the problem is. This is the STOP code:

STOP: 0x0000000D1 (0x0000DB39, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xADDA1257)

Any help is appreciated.

This is a driver error. Have you installed any hardware lately?
