that site pcpartspicker.com is kind of the travelocity for computer parts on the web

I never used it, yet I have been successful at prices.

One place, one shipping charge. Many places may cost you less, but then again, it will cost more after shipping. Unless free shipping. What I go by.

Yeah I hear you, that site actually has a tab that shows what they charge for shipping, if its free and if theres rebates etc etc.

I actually dont use Newegg bc Im in Nashville and I get all my parts Taxed on that site. So TigerDirect is a site Ill use mostly.

All of the sites Ive used dont have taxes and dont charge shipping as well

I order from TigerDirect if I need it fast. Their main warehouse in Chicago is just 30 miles from me. Over the border, so I pay no tax. I get everything from them next day, paying on a 3-5 day shipping. If on a weekday, that is.

Oh thats perfect then. Depends on what youre buying but they can sometimes be the cheapest, it all just depends. Do you get taxed being in Illinois on tigerdirect? I know their tax effects like 6-7 states.

Newegg effects Cali, Tennessee (im in nashville), and one other eastern state
