Fan Connector

After building my PC i have just one problem, I can't get my rear case fan to spin, all the other case fans have three pin connectors and work if I attach them to a pwr_fan or CHA_fan connector on my motherboard, but my rear fan has a different connector, its much larger and has 4 large pins inside a black rectangle. I can't see anywhere inside my motherboard I can put it in. Any suggestion?

Case: Zalman Z9
PSU: Corsair TX850

It uses a regular Molex cable. It connects to your PSU, not your motherboard.
