Everything is fine, except with that motherboard you will need DDR-2 ram. You have plain old DDR right now. Look here

yeah, unless you opt for a different mobo. Unless you're getting really high end DDR2, going with normal dual channel DDR is just fine

OK, firstly I would go with the Lian Li PC65, it is AMAZING!

Also, I would advise a slightly better, but smaller monitor.

And I don't trust video cards that are not from the company that made the chipset that's in them, although this one is more expensive, I think it would be worth it.

Also, although the motherboard you selected is fine, spend the extra on this one for a small performance boost:

All that will make it better, or, wait till SLI is out and go w/AMD
