It depends. If the retailer just ripped you off, OEM could be that much. Plus prices fluctuates. Where did you buy it?

Lol 120 dollars is a good price for OEM in the Uk, its like 76 pound. I bought my OEM for 70

US vs UK prices on software is no where near the same. You can get it for $100 on the egg. Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - Operating Systems

That's OEM, though.

I got it at Best Buy? How can I tell if its OEM or Retail? Is Retail something that is given to places such as companies that need multiple copies?
