uninstalled amd drivers, screen is now going black after i click and drivers are not responding

so i got a new video card, a 6850. i tried installing the drivers, and when i did, i got an error that a packet couldnt be installed or something. i looked up an answer online and i found that i should uninstall the drivers and change the install path. so i uninstalled the drivers, restarted my computer, and now whenever i click, the screen goes black for a couple seconds, the screen then comes back it and it gives me an error saying the drivers have stopped responding.

how can i fix this?

Do it in safe mode, while the Windows default drivers are being used, not your actual video drivers. Delete off the drivers using Driversweeper. And install your new drivers.
