New Card Settings

Just bought and installed a new EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti video card to replace an old EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT. My question is should I have to mess with any settings that aren't stock to make it perform to it's fullest capabilities? If so then what settings should I alter? Just want to get the most I can out of my card.

You just need to uninstall your previous card's drivers. You attach and go.
