best p4 cooler

what is the best p4 3.6ghz prescott cooler? i don't really want to be removing the rention block so i was looking at something like this.... Gigabyte 3D Rocket Pro. what do you guys think/suggest to be the best cooler?

I would go with the thermalright SLK-948 and get a good 92mm fan with decent cfm's,The heatsink is all copper and will fit with the stock P4 retention bracket,This heatsink will blast the heat away no problem.
