Recommend PSU (and other components)?

I recently bought these parts and now I'm looking for PSU recommendations.

Case: Antec 300
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 955
Mobo: Gigbatye 970a

My plans are to get an HD6850 or something with equivalent performance. How should I pick my PSU to suit my needs (voltage, amps, fans)? Also, is it worth it to just get 8gbs of RAM and not have to upgrade for a few years or should I just slowly upgrade as needed? I probably won't use this comp for more than gaming, light programming, and movies.

What is your budget? I'd recommend a Corsair TX650 V2 or similar.

8GB is the norm these days, as they are so cheap. Just don't get 16GB, its just a waste after 8GB.

My budget for a PSU is around 60-80 dollars. I'll wait for that one to go on sale then.
