New Build Not Booting

If this is in the wrong area, my apologies.

I built a new system as follows:

AMD Phenom x4 2.4ghz Black Edition
Asus M3A78-EM motherboard
Kingston HyperX 2x2gb memory DDR2 8500
650w Power Supply
Rosewill Destroyer Case

The processor and Motherboard were used before and were working correctly. The problem is that upon pressing the power button the pc will not boot. No beeps or anything. The fans turn on as well as the heatsink's fan. Motherboard has a power light on. I tried replacing the CMOS battery as well as trying one memory stick at a time but to no avail it still will not boot up. By not booting i mean no video as well, screen just stays black. Any ideas would be helpful at this point. If i missed anything please let me know and i will add the information. Thanks.

Are you using onboard video? Did you remember the 8-pin?

I only saw a 4 pin connector near the CPU, is this what you mean?
And yes i am using the onboard video.

Either 4 or 8 pin, different boards have different configurations. What model PSU is that?

Case gears Eco element 650w. Not a 480w like I thought. Was thinking of something else.

That PSU might be underpowering your system. I would look at getting a new PSU.

Just to check, get HWMonitor and show us a screenshot.

Um, dumb question. How do I get a screenshot if the pc won't turn on??

I guess your only choice is trying a different PSU.

Any reason why you think it's the psu? 650w should be enough to run this system.

While it can put out 650W, it's probably not really speccing up to it. Could be the voltages that are off as well. Causing it to send out too less power to your components.
