Radeon HD 6570 2Gb DDR3 128-bit... Your thoughts requested

My friend is interested in building a budget gaming machine. His price range is $600-700. I have most pieces figured out, but was wondering about the GPU. I didn't find it listed in the Performance sticky thread, or much else in a forum search.

Here are the specs.

I usually buy nVidia cards. Is that GPU decent to run on an average build?

Also I'm a little unsure about the maker of that PSU. Does anyone have any feedback or suggestion for a PSU around $70?

I've never heard of that brand, I'd stick with corsair, ocz, antec. It seems really cheap for a 750w...to keep around the same price, I'd get one of these.

Thanks for the PSU links. I'd feel safer with the Antec. Plus it's modular, which is a nice feature.

How about this GPU, XFX Radeon HD6850 1Gb DDR5 for $159, $129 after mail in rebate?

It'll add $50 to his total, but the GPU is so important in a build.

a 6850 is leaps and bounds better than a 6570, you will be much happier with that card.
