Progress on assembling parts for first build... Suggestions?

Here is my progress for my first build. I am not a gamer although I would not rule it out for the future. I maining will be encoding video as I have years of analog video to convert. I already have lots of pictures, music, TV shows and HD movies and plan to run from an SSD with storage kept using two 2TB Samsung Spinpoints, two 1TB WD Caviar Blacks and want room for additional hard drives if future needs require them.

Components Purchased:
Cooler Master HAF 932 ATX full tower case
G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 RAM (F3-12800CL9D)
Corsair Professional Series HX650 80 PLUS BRONZE(CMPSU-650HX)
Samsung - SATA DVD Burner (SH-222AL/BSBE) OEM
MS WIN7 Home Premium SP1 64 Bit OEM
Rosewill - internal card reader (RCR-AK-IM5002)

Components not yet purchased:
Now it's down to the SSD, motherboard, CPU and video card andleaning towards but not dead set on -
SSD: Don't know yet - want reliable yet affordable 120GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k
MOBO: Asus P8Z68 LGA 1155 (still deciding model… looking for internal USB 3.0, case has lots of fans so that is a consideration too).
VCARD: 2xDVI, Newegg has two sale items –

Suggestions appreciated. Need to be sure mobo has USB3.0 and connections for all the fans in the HAF 932. Thanks...

I'd for sure go with the 2500k, nothing can beat it on price n performance.

If youre not going to push the limits of overclocking, something like
Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-V LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Is plenty. It has 2 x8 pci-e incase you want 2 gpu's.

I'd go with the 550ti..
