Upgrading Graphics Card From Gt440

So I Currently Own a GT440 and i don't know if i should SLI this card Or Buy A New Better card

So Which Should i Do Also i Dont Realy Wont To Spend Above £80 I Run On A 32" Monitor At 1360 x 768 Native Also I will Happily Go To Around £100 If It Gives A Big Boost And Please Tell Me if It Will Max BF3 or atleast Close to it

You're not going to max BF3 either by buying a £100 video card, or by having two GT440 in SLI. However, there would be a decent boost if you went to a GTX550 (I think they're around £100).
