Will my power supply work with the rest of my system?

for the Video Card I am planing getting this one in the future:

XFX HD 6870 Newegg.com - XFX HD-687A-ZHFC Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

I am really trying to go cheap since I don't count with much money I will just like to know how can I figure out if that power supply will be able to handle the rest of my gear.

Please help!

It'll work. Not my choice of power supply but yha it'll go.

For some learned-ness. i you go to ATI.com the site will tell you what size of psu they claim you need.
Also the typical system, like yours and 85% of everyone, without a dedicated gpu will run on 400W no problems.
No to find a good psu, you look at Amps as well. More A for the watts usually means better.
The raidmax 630 has 2 22A rails. A corsair 620hx has 3 rails @ 18A and is thought as one of the better psu's.
