how to tell what core 2 quad chip i need

I wanted to upgrade my Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz, to a core 2 quad, my mother board is [h=3]GA-P35-DS3L (rev. 1.0) [/h]
Chould you possible link me to a site i can buy the chip that will work in my computer? thanks very much!
