No display on monitor after computer upgrade

I have a S2209W dell moniter and after getting my computer upgraded with a new GPU and PSU the moniter will go into power saver mode straight away. I have no idea how to fix this any help will be appreciated.

We need a bit more information, What was the specifics of the old GPU + PSU? and what MB are you using? If u upgraded your GPU you will likely need a better PSU than your old one. Also, are you 100% sure the GPU is compatable with your mobo?
