freezing computer plz help

I am running windows 7, and I have a fairly good, stable psu: Antec vp450 (450w of power).

As regards to the other thread, i'll check my voltages in the bios.

**EDIT**

I've checked in the bios and it's reporting a voltage of 12.302v on my 12v rail, so it must be 7 that's causing the mixup in HWmonitor.

As to the memtest86+, here are my screenshots (I ran it for 2/almost 3 passes, no errors reported)

How do i get the game to run in a window?

you'll need to pick a game with configuration options you can alter outside of the game. or from a launcher.
alternativly pick a game and google "how to run [game] in a window" and one of those links should tell you how to alter a .ini file somewhere to allow you to rush the game into a window

Ok I got it to run in a window but it still froze...

Just to say, all temps are FINE just before it freezes gpu is at around 55'C and cpu is around 48'C...

got the latest drivers? or if you do, try finding the last set. rolling back drivers can sometimes be as good a fix as updating
