I am running windows 7, and I have a fairly good, stable psu: Antec vp450 (450w of power).
As regards to the other thread, i'll check my voltages in the bios.
**EDIT**
I've checked in the bios and it's reporting a voltage of 12.302v on my 12v rail, so it must be 7 that's causing the mixup in HWmonitor.
As to the memtest86+, here are my screenshots (I ran it for 2/almost 3 passes, no errors reported)
