GTX 560ti HAWK Crash Problem

[Caution]

I got my brand new MSI GTX 560ti HAWK from newegg today. I put it in, installed the drivers, then restarted my comp, now when I turn on my system the system runs for about a minute then the screen turns black and shuts down, then the gpu fans start going really fast (sometimes, not every time). I turn off my comp, tried to turn on a couple more times, and same exact results! I'm new to building and am completely lost on what the problem would be. Please help!

Sounds like a driver conflict. Does it go blank when it tries to go into windows? Should be done with POST in way less than one minute.
