Video Card Name Brands

Wanting to buy a new video graphics card for my new PC and im wondering what the difference is between name brands on the same type of card. Im interested in a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 but there are 7 different companies that make the same card such as EVGA, ZOTAC, ASUS and so on. My last card was an EVGA and ive had it for well over 3yrs and it has never failed me so I initially am interested in the EVGA brand but the ZOTAC card is $10 less. Am I going to see a performance or dependability issue by going with the cheaper name brand?

They're clocked the same, have the same amount VRAM, and are pretty much identical. Might as well go for the cheaper one (EVGA tends to have great warranties, too).
