Good way to cool CPU Mosfets?

Update:

I've gotten my OC stable at 3.8GHz.

I ordered two thermal pads from the website Slay listed a hopefully they'll be here sometime next week.

The pads came in today and after I managed to get them installed and my temps seem to have dropped a lot. At 3.8GHz instead of being around 70ºC I'm getting max temps slightly under 50ºC. Now it's time for some serious overclocking!

Well I discovered the reason why I was getting such low temps was because LinX wasn't maxing out my CPU for some reason. I downloaded Intel Burn Test and my temps are about the same as they were before.

After some tweaking I did manage to get it up to 3.9GHz but that seems to be the max that I can get with this board/CPU.
