It is simple, your charge circuit is fried. The DV6000 is the one laptop I will tell a customer to forget about having me fix it, that they are just better off to buy ANYTHING to replace it.

The charging circuit is built into the laptop motherboard... There is a reason I tell people to just get a different laptop....

lately HP have been doing this low quality builds lol, the DV6000, DV-5 and 6 and all TX's nothing but problems, company i used to warranty jobs for had me busy
