Thinking of getting a new computer but been out of the game for a bit need some help

My 2 cents:

Case, check out the Cooler Master HAF 922 or AeroCool Black Hawk.
Ram, for roughly $25 more you can get 8GB.
Either upgrade the motherboard to at least the P8P67 (non-LE), or ditch the aftermarket HSF.
The P8P67 LE isn't very good for overclocking, so not really necessary to upgrade from stock cooling.

I chucked in the aftermarket HSF because it works really, really well and it's quiet as a whisper.
The Mobo isn't very good for overclocking yeah, I just figured he'd be putting a small OC on not going for any records/benchmarks. If you are though, Roark's right get a different mobo. If you're only looking to put a few hundred Mhz extra on there, then it'll do fine IMO.
Ram? Yeah it's cheap as chips these days, grab moar if you want it! No reason not to I guess just make sure you've got enough clearance with the HSF if you're gonna be putting ram modules in the slot closest to the cpu.
