3 to 1 audio jack?

Hello all,

i've just moved to University, and brought with me my speaker system. The problem is, that it has a 3 audio jack connection, and i've only got one audio jack socket on my laptop.

Is there some sort of adapter i can get for this?

(the speakers are "Logitech X-530 5.1 loud speakers")
(the laptop is ERGO vista 631)

Laptops do not have a 5.1 configuration. I only thing that you will be ab to do, is get a USB sound card. Like so: Newegg.com - GWC USB 5.1 Channel Audo Adapter AA1500 5.1 Channels USB Interface Sound Card

EDIT: checking on amazon, the price looks good enough (£19.95) but the shipping costs doubles it
Uni budget doesn't allow such a splash out.

(If anyone knows a UK place that sells them?)

Never mind. On second look, it doesn't have 5.1

In any case, you don't need it. Just plug the green coloured plug into your laptop and set your sound output to be 2.0 (if it's not already)

Yet, you will not be playing with all 5 speakers and subwoofer. Kind of a waste.

i might just hump my desktop PC over to Uni, though i'd have to NEVER connect it to the network...
