Advice about what motherboard to get....

I currently have a KN3 SLi2 motherboard that has died and I looked around for a straight replacement but it looks like that they no longer make them, so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what motherboard I could get that wouyld take all the components from my old board.

On my old board I have a AMD 64 Dual core CPU
4 RAM slots in which I have 2 x 2 GB 667 DDR2 and 2 x 1GB 667 DDR2
nVidia 9800 graphics card (1GB I think)
7.1 audio
2 x IDE ports supporting 4 IDE devices
6 x SATA ports
2 x LAN ports
6 x USB ports 2.0


I would like to rebuild my PC before COD MW 2 comes out and am more interested in making sure that the CPU, RAM and Graphic work as well as the LAN ports. I can swap over the IDE HD for SATA ones and as long as I have a few USB I can always get some external USB hubs.

what is your budget? are you wanting tog et a new CPU, ram, motherboard and graphics card? what size case do you have? what size power supply do you have... how is the ventilation in your case?

My budget is about £80 to £ 100 and no i'm not looking to buy anything else except the motherboard and then hoping that everything I already have on my old broken motherboard will just transport across to the new board.

I have a jeantech gaming aqua case and I think the ventelation is good with 3 fans in it, as for size.....
