pro video card or regular for my pc need some advice

so i was thinking since a pro video card is optimized for 2d
should i get one for my pc.
i dont play video games or do any 3d graphics.

what i mostly use it for:
internet,photoshop and other image editing and music editing etc.

and watch a movie or two ocassionally.

all of those tasks are hardest on the cpu. any midranged and priced video card will suit your needs, but performance will be most increased with a new computer.
