Upgrade Time

Looking for input on the idea i had for an upgrade. I'm looking at these components and would appreciate if anyone knows any better deals or products for the listed parts.

Suggestions:
MB: -$10 ASRock 970 Extreme4 AM3+, the one you linked is out of stock.
PSU: -$55 OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w, 850w is overkill for this build.
RAM: +$2 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600 CAS9, slightly faster for $2.
GPU: +$47 XFX HD 6870, more power and affordable with $ saved.

I'm hesitant to suggest a case since they are personal preference, but I'd go with the:
-$10 Sentey Black Box 4284 v2.1
Same # of fans (1 is 120mm instead of 140mm though) but it has cable routing holes to keep things neat.
