All I am asking is for anyone to tell me if any parts are not correct and incompatible, than, please do not hesitate to let me know as I am buying this system today!

Yes they are all compatible. Yes that PSU will work for 2 graphics cards.

Suggestions:
Corsair TX850 V2 same power, same price, more efficient.
4GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1.5v instead of 1.65v, means it hasn't been tweaked to run at 1600MHz.
I'd suggest a Caviar Black drive since they are faster, but about $20 more for the cheapest (750GB).
I'd suggest the Rosewill Challenger case since it has cable routing holes, its about $15 more.

Don't forget Windows 64-Bit

Okay I changed the ram to one you suggested and already buying $100 win7 Home Premium.

However I have trouble deciding and forking over $20 for a faster HDD. So please inform me does that really make a difference in game speed/performance?

And why would I need cable routing holes?
 
Yes... The factory overclocks is 60mhz... Most of us easily get 150 to 200mhz safely and easily.

Gpu overclocking is no where near as hard as cpu overclocking. All the card makers provide easy software to do it.

But i just check the price, and theyre 10 bucks more, so meh stay with your choice... it might oc even better.

My only other choice would be the double fan for the same price, dshould run cooler, but fermi arent too bad for heat.
 
Cable routing holes get all the cables out of the way so air-flow through the case isn't being blocked and keeps everything cooler, which is good for the health of your system.

I apologize for sounding like an idiot but what part of the images I should be looking at that shows where the cable routing holes are.
 
2nd image, right below the bottom right corner of the motherboard. Cables from the power supply enter a hole and go behind the motherboard tray, then pop out holes further up where they need to plug in. Its not the cleanest cable routing I've ever seen, but better than the 1st picture where there is just a mass of cables creating a wall blocking air coming in the front of the case from reaching components.
