Does that mobo have usb 3.0?

Yes, according to the specs it has two USB3 ports on the rear.

The two boards are very similar - the ASUS has more ports on the rear I/O compared to the MSI, since the MSI one also has an onboard GPU (and thus video outputs on the rear I/O).

The Asus has on-board graphics, the MSI does not.
The video card I linked does have an HDMI-out port.

On-board graphics are only useful if you don't have a video card.

Since they're very similar, just go for the cheaper one.
