I know this is probably an annoying question, but I really am unsure of what to get! I currently have all the parts required to build my rig except the ram... I am tossed between 1333mhz and 1600mhz!

What I currently have is -

Mobo - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128492

CPU - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115070

GPU - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130621

SSD - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227737

HDD - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136533

PSU - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produ [...] 6817139014

After Market Cooler - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produ [...] 6835185147

Case - http://www.nzxt.com/new/products/crafted_series/phantom

I am not currently overclocking, but may in the future! The ram I was looking at is -

and

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104238

I am open to different brands and sizes, but overall the 2 things I really want to know is which is better 1333 or 1600 (now and future) and when I do overclock do I run a HUGE risk of overheating the 1600mhz!

Also, since the Sandybridge set can only run up to 1333mhz am I somehow damaging it by having 1600mhz?

Thank you and I look forward to reading your advice!

Go for the 1600MHz G.Skill set.

That motherboard you picked (which is now out of stock apparently) can take these memory speeds:
DDR3 2133/1866/1600/1333/1066
So you can have all the way from 1066MHz to 2133MHz.

Not true in the slightest :)

No. Memory will not overheat as long as it's running at the speed it's designed to. A 1600MHz set running at 1600MHz will not overheat - however if you tried running a 1333MHz set at 1600MHz, then chances are it would overheat.
