I'm in the same boat as Slay by the sounds of it. Shows fine when logged out but as soon as I log in it disappears (firefox on winXP and ubuntu, opera on ubuntu).

Alright for anyone having issues try this. Use the drop down menu below and select the:

Tech Forums VBSS skin

After that hit Ctrl + F5 to force a refresh of your browser on TF. You should see the new skin.
