For sli gtx 560, minimum would definitely be 650W.
For sli gtx 550Ti, you could go lower than 650W.

For your budget I would go with the Corsair 650 that brinks suggested.

That is the one I had my eye on I was also considering the Antec EarthWatts that Patonb suggested. Then again I will not be ordering for about 2 weeks so I'm keeping my eyes on deals on main brands.

EDIT: My price range is generally limited I'm paying for most with SwagBucks GCs for Amazon lol.

I've never heard them called that, that's quite a clear name for them. We call them 'kettle leads'.
