Hi at all, this is my 1st post here, and i'd want to start with this.

I have to buy a REGISTERED RAM memory (133 Mhz) for my old motherboard Matsonic MS7117c.

This motherboard recognizes 256 MB of RAM but JUST if it's registered, on the contrary it'll recognizes just 128 MB.

The unique problem i can't find the right registered memory for my motherboard, i searched on Ebay, but the only one are belonging to for example just to IBM server etc.... and therefore never will fit in my motherboard.

I really need help guys.

Thanks.

I can not find where the RAM MUST be Registered....

Memory
Three 168-pin SDRAM DIMM sockets
support PC100/133 up to 768MB

That is from the link you gave, any PC100/133 SDRAM stick should work fine.

From motherboard's manual:

"The board has three DIMM slots for the installation of 168-pin, 3.3V
standard or registered SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic Random Access
Memory) memory modules. The system supports memory that has builtin
error correction (EC), error correction code (ECC), or has no error
correction.
If you install the PPGA Celeron processor, you can install memory that
operates at 66 MHz (you can install PC-100 memory if you wish, but the
system will run the memory at 66 MHz).
You can install one, two or three modules. Each memory module can
hold a maximum capacity of 128 MB of standard SDRAM chips, or 256
MB of registered SDRAM chips so maximum memory capacity is 384
MB of standard SDRAM memory or 768 MB registered SDRAM memory.
"

I tested it, infact if i put 256 MB of Ram NOT registered, the system recognizes just 128 MB.
