Unable to recover files or fomat IDE drive

I have finally upgraded to SATA drives and have been able to pull data from all my IDE drive except for 3 of them.

I have 2 WD2500 and a Seagate 200. They spin up and are seen by my system but I cannot access the data nor can I format them to facilitate a recovery.

I have tried EASEUS Data Recovery, R-Studio, Stellar Phoenix, Ontrack ER Pro, etc... all with no luck.

Can you offer any suggestions on how to access these drives?

Did you try getting a Live CD of Ubuntu? it can sometimes read what Windows can't.
