Can't use keyboard and trackpad at the same time, LENOVO

Anytime I press a button on my keyboard I can't use my mouse for about 2 seconds. After the 2 seconds, I can use my mouse, but not both at the same time. Problem is I can't play games that require me to hold a button down and use the mouse. I THINK I won't have this problem when using a USB mouse. Problem only happens when using the trackpad. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad V570, running on Windows 7... Step by Step help please!

Did you install chipset drivers? or separate drivers for your tracpad?

Nope, I bought the computer two days ago, I've only installed UTorrent, 7zip, and AIM. No etc. drivers or anything...

If you bought it, you would have the drivers. If you just bought it so soon, I would ask wherever you bought it from. Could be a hardware problem, get a replacement.
