Need CPU Fan Recommendation

I'm building a brand spanking new machine and for once, budget is an issue.

I know all the parts I'm buying, but the only thing is a CPU fan, and im frankly pretty clueless about which one to get.

Requirements are:
1) Easy installation (nothing that requires taking out the motherboard if possible)
2) Fits in an Antec 900 case
3) keeps CPU cool as possible.

Sound isn't an issue, though it would be cool to have one of the fanless CPU coolers. I'm not going to be doing any overclocking so intense heat removal isn't required so much.

It's been about 4 years since I last built a new computer, so im unsure about fan installation. First computer I built didn't require the motherboard to be taken out to put it on, but the second one did. Do all fans require that now?

My budget is anywhere anywhere up to £60 and the processor is an i7 2600k 3.4ghz LGA1155.

There really are not any "Good" heatsinks available that don't require you to remove the motherboard for installation. If we were just working with the £60 limit we could recommend a lot of coolers.

If I was buying a cooler based on ease of installation I would go with this.

yeah ease of installation isn't an issue since ive found a case with easy access to the back of the motherboard tray.

I guess then that my only requirement is a good LGA1155 socket cpu fan for under £60 thats not too noisy.
