Slow Network Speed

Hi!

In the last few days i was experiencing really slow network speed
especially on Youtube, downloads, FB, WindowsLive...etc.
I tried testing my speed and it's like this:
Download speed 256kb/s
Upload speed 128kb/s
(Before slow speeds it even was like this)

And while downloading test file it's like this:
Download speed 13-8kb/s
Upload 0 kb/s

While playing Black Ops:
Before: 60-90 Ping
Now:100-200 Ping(sometimes even 400)

In my room signal is 100%!
I Updated my Wireless adapter Sitecom Nano 150N 54mb/s
Reseted Router, optimized with TCPOptimizer, blah blah...
Anyone has a solution?

Have you transferred any files between devices on your network? PC to PC, just to make sure it's not an internal problem.
If everything is fine on your network - 54MBit will transfer ~5-7MB/sec between computers, 3MB is acceptable, less than 2 and it would be a problem with something on your network.
Have you tried different channels for your wireless? Might be getting some interference.
