But I won't go on about that in this thread, just here to introduce myself. My name's Matt, I'm 17, and lately I've been getting involved in a lot of PC hardware kind of stuff but I'm still very nooby and looking to learn more on these forums 
On a scale of 1-10, I'm probably a 5 but I wanna be about a 9 before I actually start building haha. Basically I know it's much cheaper to build a gaming PC than buying an Alienware or something and being on a tighter budget I'm trying to limit that as much as possible. I also do a lot of music production and the current computer I have can't handle much (Dell Inspiron, 3GB RAM, 250GB HDD, AMD Athlon Dual-Core 2.2 Ghz CPU, ATI Radeon HD 4200). I have a few parts in mind (Motherboard, Processor, and Case so far) and I'm basically trying to figure out if they're all compatible and can run what I'd like them to run But this was just a simple introduction and you'll be seeing me in other sections of the forum haha.
