I believe for an Intel that is pretty hot as they usually run cooler than AMD's, but I really don't know Intel that well so perhaps I'm wrong...usually you get better temps with the side panel on if you have fans because it creates a vaccuum to move the air around. For a temporary solution you could aways put in a box fan

Man what are you smoking,just go out and buy a new heatsink and fan so you won't have to buy a new comp it's alot cheaper.(and i thought i was pushing the limit's with my hose deal)
