Between a graphics controller and a graphics card? I wont to buy a Asus M4A78LT-M Skt AM3 DDR3 Motherboard but it says it has a ATI Radeon HD 3000 Graphics Controller, if that means it has an integrated graphics card then i do not want it.
 
That is exactly what it means. The graphics device is onboard not a separate card.
 
Yes, it has an integrated card. You can always add a Graphic card separate. They have integrated, for people that do not benefit from a beefy graphic card.

@MindoverMaster: Really? even know there's an integrated one on the motherboard i can still get another better one and use it with that same motherboard?
If this is true, you just saved me soo much money.
 
Yes. As long as you have the PCI-E 2.0 slot, you can add any gfx card later. When you plug in a card, BIOS will automatically switch the video to the card.

I've done it several times.
