Furmark beats on your hardware, you can expect it to get hotter than it does in a game. A lot of people advise against using Furmark for that reason. There are many less abusive ways to test stability.
30mins no reset and the temperature difference is amazing while playing GPU ~55c and CPU 37c, no resets yet and in zones where my gpu used to be 85c is now 55c.
