What to upgrade?

I'm upgrading this pc:

Intel DG965SS

C2D E6600 @2.4

8500GT

Corsair DDR2-667 1gb x2; Kingston DDR2 @800 1gb x2

Western Digital 500gb x2

It is not mine, so I don't really know what is going to be used for. Maybe a little gaming, HD video, browsing, etc.

I was thinking on upgrading the CPU and MB, and keep the 8500GT, but I don't really know, and I just have 330 bucks.

Also, I'm buying in Mexico, so if you know online stores that ship to latin america please let me know (newegg doesn't).

Without knowing the use, its hard to really answer.

Updating the mobo/cpu means ram as well.

Using the Eggm, you can get an i5 2400 a good mobo with a 1 4Gig ram stick for under 330.

Ironically the 8500 and the onboard gpu might be equal in power, with the onboard having hdmi

He will use it mostly for gaming (SCII, Crysis 2, Far Cry 2, etc) and HD video.

Graphics doesn't need to be high, just not bad.

He uses a 21' 1600 x 1050 LCD.
