help on my new build

Hello, i wanted to know if i can get some input on building a new pc from scratch. I wanted it to be mostly for playing WOW and other MMORPGS im not really into FPS or anything else becuase thats what i have my Xbox for lol. but i do like the ocasionaly Sims or Flight Sim X, i would like to know what build is good for this. Where i can play online games without lag and on high settings on the above two games i mentioned

I dont fully understand what overclocking is as of yet, so i would like to know is it good for my pc? and do i need it?

my budget is in the 700 to 800 $ range i dont like to skimp out on the main parts such as the mobo, cpu, or Gpu, these parts i will like to be up there in qualiy for my type of gaming.

Upgrading is a factor for me but not for about three years i would like the parts to last about that long, any help is greatly appreciated

There are some pretty good builds mentioned at or a little below your budget. Specifically I would look at the one on page 4 by fat.clown.
