Getting a new desktop

So, I have about 300-350$ to spend on a new desktop computer, I want it basically for surfing the web, playing some games like borderlands, or CoD, maybe some video editing, and I was going to originally buy an asus off of Newegg.ca (I'm in canada) but it's 'recertified', and I honestly don't want to deal with somebody else's baggage. So, I checked out best buy america (I got a US PO box, but newegg US doesn't ship to PO boxes) and found this computer. Does anyone know how many cores the processor is, (Dual, single, etc) and if it's a good computer for the price? Any recommendations? Thanks.

Recertified and factory refurbished means the same thing. It is repaired by the manufacturer.

It's a x4, meaning a Quad CPU.

That graphic card won't play high games.
