Q6600 OCing

What would you say is the maximum safe temperature for OCing a Q6600?

If you're under super water cooling. Problem is, newer chips have a tcase of 62 and G0 have a tcase of 71.

Well, it's on a ~10% OC already, and goes up to the high 60s. I do need to redo the thermal paste so it might go down a bit (it idles at mid-40s on a not-great-but-better-than-standard cooler). I OC'd it almost four years ago when I was a noob, and so I've already been able to lower the voltage two notches.
