The GFX card uses the same slot as your current one.
In regards to size, it may be time to open your case and have a look...
The GFX is 8.25" (210mm) long, you might want to measure from the back of your case until you hit something (usually the hard drive cage) and make sure you have the room.
The PSU is 150 x 86 x 160 mm (WxHxD). Best way to be sure would be remove your old PSU and measure out the space available and/or your old PSU.
You can also do a rough measure without taking the PSU out and just "guesstimating" the available space.
Honestly as long as you're not using some special slim case you shouldn't have trouble.
