Problem with windows 7 starting up

Are you sure your keyboard is functioning correctly? If you press the num lock, caps lock, or scroll lock, do the LED's light up?

yes the light on the PS/2 as well as the usb keyboard lights up

I ended up backing the drive up and reinstalling windows 7. Working fine now *knock on wood* I'll give update when have stuff set up to normal.

Sorry I didn't reply back; was super-tired after work yesterday lol.

Good to know it's working for now. If you want to still test your drive, you can install the Windows version of SeaTools and still run the tests from within Windows.
