Hi All,

I've had situations in the past with a BSoD, but have a quirky one that I could use some help on. I've had a couple of freeze ups the last few days, and received the following yesterday: Stop: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0XBF8829BE, 0XB4ADPAC0, 0X00000000 Win32K.sys - Address BF8829BE Base at BF800000, Datestamp 4BDD1407. I can't even boot up to get into safe mode, or to even access the BIOS. I've tried a new power supply, a new video card, and even pulling the CMOS Battery to see if that would reset things. I do have a HDD docking station, where I do have the ability to access the drive and the partition with the OS on it. Might there be an easy fix to this? Thanks in advance.

Parameter 1: 0xC5 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation occurred.

Like the others said, check your memory with memtest86+.

Perfect, thanks guys. Unfortunately, I can't even boot up to try Memtest...I'm just gonna buy 2 new sticks. Thanks for the help.
