best HSF for amd 939?

well iv been looking around, i want a SILENT one. But i want good cooling also. Are those fanless HS any good? If not, whats good out there for 939?

Heres a really good one only 29db if u put it to low speeds.

Thermalright SLK-948U, put a good fan ontop of it and you have more than adequate cooling. Also I believe coolermaster has a new 'Hypermaster' Series which fits the Socket 939 I believe. Ag3 knows about it and has it and reported quite the good decrease in temperatures.
