Avatar question

I know this doesn't have a whole lot to do with this thread but I happened to read on the rules that people with 0-30ish posts can use an avatar that the admin allows you to use. I keep clicking on my profile picture to add an avatar but it doesn't do anything. I can't put any picture or avatar on my profile

If you are trying to upload a profile picture, it has to be less than or equal to 100x100.

Bdeslaur, click "Settings" over on the right hand column. Then click "Edit Avatar" under the "My Profile" section.
