Mouse problems...

Hey all! I have some mouse problems where sometimes I cant click anything.. curser moves and all, but I cant close firefox tabs, open software/folders..

was all fine until my girlfriends mom downloaded something then it started bugging out, i've reformated and still having this problem, could it be the mouse its self? It's a logitech g500 and I bought it as soon as it came out, 2009 i think? anyways please help! Oh and when I use ctrl alt del and lock the computer then put my password in it works for a few minutes then same problem...

Yeah. Either the driver, or the mouse itself. Contact Logitech and ask them if it is still under warranty.

When my Logitech G5 right click wouldn't spring back up, I called them up. They sent me a new one for free. No shipping to them. And this time was a G5 v2.

Thanks! I'll do that.. found out its the mouse plugged another in and its fine now, but i highly doubt its under warranty cause its 3 years old, although wouldnt hurt to try, thinking about getting this

one problem I had with that mouse was i kept hitting the hot keys when i tried to move around, ended up selling it and goin back to my Logitec MX518, simple and sweet.

Yeah, you might want to send that in, I have the gaming mouse from Logitech, when it does that to me.. it's just my batteries, but in your case its wired.
